A recent filing from Franklin Templeton outlines the firm’s intention to launch a trio of multifactor U.S. ETFs. The issuer’s lineup already includes developed-market, emerging market and global ETFs that target the quality, value, momentum and low-volatility factors.

The Franklin LibertyQ U.S. Equity ETF will track an index derived from the Russell 1000, while the Franklin LibertyQ U.S. Mid Cap Equity ETF will track the Russell Midcap Index, which is a subset of the Russell 1000. The Franklin LibertyQ U.S. Small Cap Equity ETF will track the Russell 2000.

The three pending U.S. funds will focus on the same four factors as the international ETFs.

Assets invested in Franklin Templeton ETFs are approaching $550 million.

The filing did not include expense ratios, tickers or a listing exchange.
