The Volatility Shares 2x Bitcoin Strategy ETF (BITX) launched to much fanfare a few weeks ago. The company said the debut of a leveraged ETF tied to bitcoin futures at a time in which the crypto industry was facing intense scrutiny from regulators was a surprise to many. But not to Stuart Barton, co-founder and CIO of Volatility Shares.
