If you are unable to attend, you may send a substitute delegate in your stead at no extra cost. Should you completely cancel, written notification of such must be received 30 days before the conference start date to receive a refund. Any notice of cancellations received within 30 days of the conference start date are not eligible for a refund.

In the event the conference is cancelled, ETF.com assumes no liability for non-refundable transportation costs, hotel accommodations or any additional costs incurred by registrants. ETF.com reserves the right to alter the agenda without notice including the substitution or cancellation of speakers and/or topics.
