“Exchange,” a new advisor-centric ETF conference, is coming to Florida in February 2022.

A joint venture between Advisor Circle and ETF Trends/Database, the new conference is being run by many of the executives who were previously responsible for establishing and running the former industry leading “Inside ETF” conference, which was run by ETF.com until its sale to Informa in 2015.

The event, scheduled for Feb. 13-16, 2022, at the iconic Fontainebleau Miami Beach, is expected to attract over 2,000 attendees, including more than 1,000 financial advisors from across the country.

This is a “putting the band back together” moment, not only for the “Inside ETFs” veterans previously involved in working together, but for ETFS Capital Ltd and its founder Graham Tuckwell, who are helping finance this new venture, through their investment in Advisor Circle, and had a significant investment in the previous conference.

Advisor Circle is the newly launched financial media company founded by financial media and events industry veterans Matt Middleton, John Swolfs and Matt Hougan. The funding of Advisor Circle by ETFS Capital, which also owns ETF.com, has not only helped launch Advisor Circle as a significant industry participant, but enabled the creation of the joint venture announced today between Advisor Circle and ETF Trends to launch “Exchange.”

“This is something of a full circle for me, having been an investor in IndexUniverse, which founded Inside ETFs back in 2007, so it is great to be involved again in what will undoubtedly be the world’s premier advisor-centric ETF conference,” said Tuckwell, founder and chairman of ETFS Capital.

Advisor-Driven Content

“Exchange” will leverage technology, unique meeting and panel formats, and facilitated peer-to-peer connections to educate and inspire investors about the fast-moving ETF ecosystem, and will feature keynote speeches from some of the leading minds in finance, media and popular culture.

“This is an advisor-first event,” said Matt Hougan, Exchange co-founder, Bitwise CIO and former CEO of ETF.com. “Advisors driving the content; advisors speaking on stage; advisors in the audience; advisors engaged in year-round conversation.

“ETFs are entering a new era and they need a new conference. We need a conference for this new era and Exchange is going to be that event,” he said.

Exchange has reserved the entire Fontainebleau for the duration of the event. Registration is now open: www.exchangeetf.com.

Individuals must register for the event to reserve rooms at the hotel during the event. Attendees are encouraged to register and reserve their rooms early, as the hotel is expected to sell out.
