Weekly Flows Hit $34.1B; US & International Equity ETFs Lead
- US and international equity funds led inflows last week.
- US fixed-income ETFs also saw strong inflows.
ETF investors added $34.1 billion to U.S.-listed funds during the week ending Friday, July 25, as the S&P 500 and Nasdaq-100 indexes hit new all-time highs. Per FactSet data, the Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO) and the Vanguard Total International Stock ETF (VXUS) led with new inflows of $2.4 billion and $1.5 billion, respectively, followed by the SPDR Gold Shares (GLD) at $1.5 billion.
The iShares Ethereum Trust ETF (ETHA) also notched a big AUM gain with $1.2 of net inflows as Ethereum saw increased investor optimism.
Among the outflows list were the iShares Core S&P 500 ETF (IVV), which gave up $2.1 billion, and the Invesco S&P 500 Equal Weight ETF (RSP), which saw $855.1 million exit.
U.S. and international equity funds led inflows last week, adding $11.9 billion and $8 billion, respectively. U.S. fixed-income ETFs also saw strong inflows, gaining $7.7 billion on the week.
