BTCR invests in stocks located globally that exhibits high correlation to Bitcoin. Eligible companies must hold a majority of their net assets in bitcoin and/or derive a majority of their revenue or profits directly from mining, lending, transacting in bitcoin, or manufacturing bitcoin mining equipment, as can be determined by their annual filings from the past 12 months. In selecting securities, the Advisor uses proprietary research and indicators such as the Stock-to-Flow model, which evaluates the current stock of bitcoin against the flow of new bitcoin, mined that year. BTCR invests up to 25% in a single analytics software company that the Advisor believes is generally bullish on bitcoin. The fund also allocates 20% to options overlay, which can consist of purchasing exchange-traded and OTC put options on the NASDAQ 100 Index and ETF and S&P 500 Index and ETF. The Fund will not directly invest in bitcoin and will not include Canadian ETFs, private funds, or GBTC.
