LEND Factset Analytics Insight

This fund is closing. The last day of trading will be June 25, 2021. LEND aims at firms involved with non-traditional means of raising money. The index-based fund separates companies in the space into one of two segments. The first segment contains those that facilitate peer-to-peer lending, digital banking, and social networking platforms weighting specifically 60%, 20%, and 5% to each area respectively. Such firms enable lenders to lend directly to an entity or investors to directly take an equity stake in a firm while bypassing traditional intermediaries. This first segment is cap-weighted. The second segment, which covers the remaining 15% of the fund, equally weights technology and software providers in the space. The fund may invest on US-listed securities including ADRs or GDRs representing companies domiciled in either developed or emerging markets. Prior to November 23, 2020, the fund and index names were Amplify CrowdBureau Peer to Peer Lending & Crowdfunding ETF and CrowdBureau Peer-to-Peer Lending and Equity Crowdfunding Index, respectively.
