RBIN Factset Analytics Insight
The security is being delisted. The last day of trading on an exchange is May 25, 2022.RBIN aims for lower portfolio risk. The index begins its selection universe with large-cap companies domiciled in developed markets, ex-US and Canada, that meet its liquidity screens. Eligible companies are then evaluated for marginal risk contribution, which is determined by each stock’s volatility and correlation to the pool of other eligible stocks during the last year. Half of the companies with the lowest calculated risk are selected for inclusion. Using correlation to other selected companies, all included securities are weighted so that each contributes an equal amount of marginal risk to the index with a 5% capping constraint for any individual security. Overall, RBIN seeks an increased Sharpe ratio and a lower maximum drawdown during market declines. The index constituents are rebalanced quarterly.
