The investment objective of the DriveWealth Steady Saver ETF (the “Fund”) is to provide investors with current income.

STBL is a fund-of-funds that focuses on income producing securities of any credit quality and maturity around the globe. The fund invests in fixed income ETFs of corporate and government debts, asset-backed and mortgage-back securities, preferred securities as well as in money market funds. STBL aims for an annualized yield 3% with monthly distribution. The fund will use YieldX’s optimization tool to identify liquid fixed income securities that provide more stability with less risk than similar income-producing investment funds. Eligible securities and their associated yields and expected risk profiles are updated daily. STBL is actively-managed, it may frequently trade its holdings and may result in additional taxable gains
