The resumption of Fed interest rate cuts on Wednesday, September 17, 2025, was met with strong investor enthusiasm. Of the $16.4 billion in net flows into ETFs on Wednesday, $14.63 billion flooded into equities globally. While domestic ETFs remained the primary focus, international exposures also benefited.
