QQQ Loses $326M as Nasdaq Enters Correction

The Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ) saw outflows of $326.4 million as the Nasdaq Composite tumbled into correction territory Thursday, according to etf.com daily fund flows data. The tech-heavy ETF experienced redemptions amid broad market declines driven by trade policy concerns.
Meanwhile, the Vanguard S&P 500 ETF (VOO) led all ETFs with $955.9 million in inflows, while ProShares UltraPro QQQ (TQQQ) attracted $937 million. The Capital Group Dividend Value ETF (CGDV) pulled in $932 million, adding 6.2% to its $15.1 billion in assets.
On the outflows side, the iShares MSCI EAFE Growth ETF (EFG) saw outflows of $298 million, while the SPDR Portfolio Short Term Corporate Bond ETF (SPSB) experienced outflows of $249 million, down 2.9% from its asset base.
ETFs recorded total net inflows of $7.16 billion for the day, with U.S. equity funds pulling in nearly $2.3 billion and U.S. fixed income adding $2.31 billion. Leveraged ETFs saw inflows of $1.4 billion as volatility spiked following the Dow's 400-point decline.
