iShares’ New Target Maturity ETF Lineup

The iBonds family adds a Treasury element.

Today, BlackRock’s iShares unit launched nine ETFs that add a new dimension to its iBonds family of target maturity ETFs. The funds all track indexes of Treasury securities that mature in the last two weeks of their target year:

The funds all come with an expense ratio of 0.07% and list on the NYSE Arca.

The existing iShares iBonds family includes lineups covering municipal bonds, investment-grade corporate debt and high-yield corporate debt. The addition of the Treasury lineup brings the total number of iBonds ETFs to 33. The entire iBonds lineup has $9.3 billion in asset under management.
