In this episode of Leaders Talks, etf.com Editor-in-Chief Kristin Myers chats with Andy Millard, a member of the Leaders Top 100 list, about the skills he learned as a teacher that make him a good advisor.
“The value in what we, as advisors do, is that we are able to have empathy to talk with and listen to and respond to our clients because they're worried,” said Millard.
Millard highlighted two of his favorite ETFs; the Vanguard Total Stock Market ETF (VTI) and the iShares 0-3 Month Treasury Bond ETF (SGOV). Millard also shared his biggest financial mistake: running for Congress.
