Weekly ETF Flows Just Above Breakeven
Investors added $260 million to U.S.-listed ETFs last week.
A quiet week for exchange-traded fund inflows resulted in a modest $260 million entering U.S.-listed ETFs during the week ending Friday, May 5.
Year-to-date ETF inflows now stand at $111.7 billion, while total ETF assets under management are at $6.87 trillion. That compares to $192.4 billion and $6.64 trillion, respectively, at this same time a year ago.
In terms of individual ETFs, the Invesco QQQ Trust (QQQ), the iShares Core U.S. Aggregate Bond ETF (AGG) and the Health Care Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLV) topped the inflows list.
On the other hand, the iShares iBoxx USD High Yield Corporate Bond ETF (HYG), the iShares Russell 2000 ETF (IWM) and the Financial Select Sector SPDR Fund (XLF) saw the largest outflows of the week.
