LondonInvesco has become the latest issuer to extend its Paris-aligned benchmark (PAB) range with the launch of a climate-focused emerging market ETF, ETF Stream can reveal.

The Invesco MSCI Emerging Market ESG Climate Paris Aligned UCITS ETF (PAEM) is listed on the London Stock Exchange with a total expense ratio (TER) of 0.19%.

PAEM tracks the performance of the MSCI Emerging Markets ESG Climate Paris Aligned Benchmark Select index, comprised of large and mid-cap companies across 24 emerging markets.

Under the terms of the PAB, the ETFs will be targeting a 50% reduction in carbon emissions compared with their investible universe, as well as a 7% year-on-year decarbonisation.

The launch of PAB-related ETFs has exploded in recent months, with Legal and General Investment Management, BlackRock and Franklin Templeton launching products this week alone.

In April, HSBC Asset Management also launched a PAB emerging market ETF.

It takes the number of PAB products in Invesco’s range to five, with exposures to the US, Japan, Europe and world already in place.
